How soon can I expect my order?

Please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing. Once your order has shipped, it takes approximately 3 to 6 business days to get to your door.

Can I return my products?

For safety and hygiene reasons, all sales are final. Thank you for understanding.

Oops! Can I cancel my order?

As long as your order hasn't shipped, we can cancel it. Please let us know as soon as possible!

I have certain allergies, is it safe to use your products?

All of our products are made in one facility with the same materials, so some indirect contact may occur. Feel free to reach out to us at blosswaves@gmail.com if you have any concerns.

How should I take care of my soaps?

To ensure you get long-lasting use of our bars, keep them in a ventilated area where water can drain off after each use. We want our luscious ingredients on your skin, not down the drain.

We like to hang dry our soaps in our Exfoliating Soap Pouch!

Do your products expire?

Our soaps have a long shelf life. But we recommend using the bars within six (6) months after getting them to maximize the benefits from the ingredients and scents.

My products came in damaged! What now?

If your items were damaged during shipping, contact us immediately at blosswaves@gmail.com and we will happily resolve the issue.
